Bought 2 VA 529 PrePaids (more) ------------->


I bought 2 VA 529 PrePaids. I got lucky because after I bought them it seemed like the price went up a lot. Maybe they miscalculated the increase in tuition? - I don't know but I bought two (many many years ago) for ~16K each which locked in 8 semesters (4 yrs) for each kid.

Process for payment to the college was easy peasy. Online I just filled out an 'Intent to Enroll' and VT snagged the 529 money automatically. no sweet no mess.
